When you place an order with us either in shop or on our website, we request that you provide your contact details such as your name, telephone number and email address. We use this information to communicate with you about your orders.
Our DecoNetwork system allows us to store a customer’s purchase history. This history will display the contact information you provided as well as any decorations used for the order.
As with many websites, we also collect non-personal information about you. This includes browser type, your ISP, operating system and your IP Address. Non-personal information cannot be easily used to personally identify you.
We use the information provided by you to process and fulfil orders. If your order requires a logo application, we will email a proof of the order for approval. If at any point during processing we have a query about your order, we will contact you using your preferred contact method. You will be contacted once an order has been completed.
If you have agreed to us holding your information, it will be stored on secure servers maintained by DecoNetwork. We will store your name, telephone number, email address, mailing address and purchase history. This information is not shared with any other third party companies without your consent unless required to do so by law.
We may require a third party company to digitise your logo for us. In these situations, we will ask for your consent prior to sending the logo to this third party company. The only information that is shared in this exchange will be the logo. Your contact details and purchase history will not be shared.
Any non-personal information collected is used to maintain, evaluate and improve our website.

By placing an order you enter into a contract of purchase with IDM Limited. We will process the data you provide at the time of purchase to fulfil your order as agreed.
